This page is to provide some disturbing hints as to the equipment now
available which can penetrate the walls of a stalking victim's home. While
such equipment is nominally designed for legitimate military and law
enforcement purposes, there are no laws preventing its acquisition,
ownership and use by anyone with the money. Multiple stalker cases involve

makes this issue one which needs to reach the minds and hearts of
government officials, and soon.
