In the late 1990s, at the time when I decided to take the cause
of exposing organized stalking and electronic harassment to the
streets by way of picketing and handing out flyers, I consulted
a local lawyer to see what she advised I do prior to going fully
public in person.

To my amazement, I didn't have to explain organized stalking and
electronic harassment because four years earlier, she had actually
represented a PERPETRATOR who had tried to get out of the stalking
organization, and as a result, was forced into the Ontario
Hospital for the Criminally Insane on a false charge.  It took her
four years to gain his freedom under a new identity.

While picketing in 2000, I came across a young man who told me
yes, he knew about the organized stalking groups, who, in his words,
"first find out everything about the target then start harassing
them."  He would not (out of fear) give me more information.
